Had such a blast taking these cameras out to make this comparison video. With it’s color temperature sensor I had the assumption going in that the DJI OM 4 would be hard to beat on color, especially when going deeper.

What settings u use for ace pro?
DJI looks off but less sharpened (brittle) or can sharpening be turned down in the 360?

I will take responsibility and explain the true difference of this cameras and which camera should you choose for uw videos based on your needs and skills:
Ace pro has better colors out from the box, basically if you are not into color grading and want some decent footage ready to share, just no questions go for Insta 360 ace pro.
Action 4 has a huge benefit for content creators who are more in control of the image colors, as action 4 offers "10bit d-log" this monster is for you, but as this person you already should’ve made the choice 😀 also in action 4 you can lock shutter speed manually to follow 180 degree rule, this might be useful for achieving cinematic motion blur. I personally moved from gopro to action4 recently and action 4 d-log videos in DaVnici Resolve just impressed me with the color range i can work with.
feel like this review is slightly biased. mostly because the vid provided for the action cam seems much worse compared in other vids and the affiliate link for the 360.
